Commercial Insurance and Self-Pay
At the Executive Center for Psychological Medicine, we are in network with commercial health insurances below. However, even if we do not, we believe that our services would justify you contacting your insurance carriers about providing you with ‘out of network benefits’ or single case agreements. Kindly contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for mental and behavioral health services. Relevant questions to your insurance carriers include:
• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance? If so, what is it?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need pre-authorization number (Tricare clients for example)
Payment
We also accept cash and major credit cards as methods of payments
Our Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation fee
