Commercial Insurance and Self-Pay
We are only in network with a few commercial insurances. We are not in network with Medicaid. Please ask the admin staff about insurance issues, so that this does not create confusions. Also, some further questions you need to clarify with your insurance carriers include:
• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance? If so, what is it?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need pre-authorization number (Tricare clients for example)
Payment
We also accept cash and major credit cards as methods of payments
Our Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation fee
