Dr. Bagchi is an established and highly skilled physician with over 20 years of experience in the field of Psychiatry. He is Triple Board Certified in General Adult Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. After completing his medical internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, he then went on to do his Adult Psychiatry residency and Geriatric Psychiatry fellowship from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He is an expert in general adult and old age psychiatry and has experience in inpatient, outpatient, forensic, and correctional psychiatry.
Dr Mosby is a clinical and forensic psychologist of many years’ experience. He has a rich background in clinical work and have worked in various court settings. He also completed a Family Therapy program at the Menninger Foundation as well as a three-year program in Gestalt therapy in Philadelphia. Furthermore, he has taught psychology at several universities. His experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings has given him the added expertise in evaluating all types of mental health issues and problems.
Ms Spears' specialties include : Mood Disorders, Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective, Trauma, Grief, Co-occurring Mental Health and Addiction, Relationship, and Adjustment Issues
Ms. Spears is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with over 14 years post graduate experience. She is a National Board Certified Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. Ms. Spears is also a Certified Grief Informed Professional. Her clinical experience includes working in diverse settings, including both inpatient and outpatient/community settings including Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs towards providing quality and efficient services to both adolescents and adults in both mental health and co occurring mental health and addictions.

JoAnn is a medical assistant and secretary for our office. She has years of experience in patient care. She is very organized, and has always displayed a high quality of customer service. She understands the quality of care and will always do her best to treat you like a respectable client at the Executive Center.
Chae is one of our able administrative assistants. She brings her efficiency and compassion to the Executive Center. She is very approachable and will go to great length to help our clients. Along with JoAnn, the admin secretarial department is well equipped to handle our front-desk and other administrative needs
